02.   Our  Overseas delegates from M/s. Salman Group of Companies will conduct a  face-to-face interview in Mumbai for Mechanical Engineers on  Saturday 10th April 2010 from 10 am  onwards at our Jogeshwari office, address given below.

 

03.   The interview will be conducted as per the JOB DESCRIPTION given below. Candidate should have :

• 
  
  A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 
  
  06-10 Years experience in the field of manufacturing of pressure vessels, Heat exchangers , storage tanks and heavy fabrication.
• 
  
  Understanding of manufacturing drawings  and Weight calculations
• 
  
  The candidate should be familiar with the manufacturing process such as cutting , welding , assembly , NDT etc.
• 
  
  Compilation of relevant technical data to prepare a techno commercial proposal
• 
  
  To work with own initiative to initiate contacts with possible EPC contractors or engineering companies in GCC countries for their requirements in pressure vessels, storage tanks, heavy fabrication , piping etc.
• 
  
  The candidate will be reporting to CEO.
• 
  
  The candidate should have good project management skills
• 
  
  Should be able to interact with national and international clients, vendors, fabricators, machine dealers, marketing agents to collect and store relevant information for the further use of the company.
• 
  
  Should have good command over MS word / Excel.   
• 
  
  The candidate should also have a flare for marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR  FLEXIBLE PACKAGING  & SELF ADHESIVE  LABEL INDUSTRY :

1. TECHNICALMANAGER: DEGREE / DIPLOMA IN PRINTING TECHNOLOGY WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN FLEXO / GRAVURE PRINTING AND LAMINATION (SOLVENT LESS AND SOLVENT ) ABLE TO DEVELOPE NEW LAMINATE STRUCTURES, KNOWLEDGE OF ISO: 9001, HACCP & BRC SYSTEM WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE.
2. PRODUCTION MANAGERS / SUPERVISORS : DIPLOMA IN PRINTING TECHNOLOGY WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN FLEXO / GRAVURE PRINTING AND LAMINATION (SOLVENT LESS AND SOLVENT ) ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE BOTTLE NECK AREAS AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT  CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION  IN PLACE.
3. QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS : DIPLOMA IN PRINTING TECHNOLOGY WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN FLEXO / GRAVURE PRINTING AND LAMINATION (SOLVENT LESS AND SOLVENT ) WELL VERSED IN TESTING RAW MATERIALS  AND HAVE WORKED IN ISO: 9001, HACCP & BRC ENVIRONMENT.
4. PRODUCTION PLANNERS : DEGREE / DIPLOMA IN ANY DISCIPLINE  WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PRINTING AND PACKAGING INDUSTRIES AND MUST BE ABLE TO ENSURE TROUBLE FREE PRODUCTION.
5. ON LINE FLEXO PRINTING MACHINE OPERATORS : WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE, MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE AND RUN MACHINE INDEPENDENTLY AND HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PLATE MOUNTING,DIPLOMA IN PRINTING TECHNOLOGY PREFERED.
6. FLEXO PRINTING INK CHEMIST : B'Sc DEGREE IN CHEMISTRY.  SHOULD HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE IN MIXING INK,BOTH SOLVENT AND WATER BASED IN THE DESIRD SHADES.MUST BE ABLE TO DEVELOPE NEW PRIMERS (PVC) HEAT SEALS  LACQUERS ALUMINUM FOILS.
7. GRAPHIC DESIGNERS :DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALVENT QUALIFICATION WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN SIMILIAR FIELD, VAST KNOWLEDGE IN COMPUTERIZED  DESIGING USING APPLE MACINTOSH WITH GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN PAGE MAKER, ILLUSTRATOR, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, FREEHAND QUARK, XPRESS ETC. KNOWLEDGE OF ESKO SOFTWARE AND CDI TECHNOLOGY PREFERED.
8. SALES MANAGERS & ASST. SALES MANAGERS :  A DEGREE HOLDER OR EQUILVENT OR MBA,  WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE  IN SALES AND MARKETING IN SIMILIAR FIELD.
9. CHIEF ACCOUNTANTS  :  A DEGREE HOLDER OR EQUILVENT OR MBA FINANCE,SHOULD BE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL.
10. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS: A degree in Mechanical Engineering. 06-08 Years experience in the field of manufacturing of pressure vessels, Heat exchangers , storage tanks and heavy fabrication.Understanding of manufacturing drawings and Weight calculations.
