One of the largest retailers on the Island with a presence of over 60 stores in Bahrain requires the following:
IT Assistants
^ Well developed data analysis skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
^ Operate assigned platform (s) to provide reliable, secure and effective data handling skills.Generate timely, accurate and precise MIS reports.
^ Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying unproductive tasks/demands.
^ Record accurate platform issues and escalate to senior staff when required and appropriate to ensure defined service levels are met.
^ Undertake remedial action independently under limited guidance and keep internal users informed of progress.
Requirement/Desired Skills
Windows. MS Dos,MS Office.
Oracle, DBMS. VB. Net
