Mechanical Technician (Ammines) – JRE 27548 
Candidate must be minimum high school graduate / diploma in Mechanical Engineering / graduate in Vocational/Technical school / qualified Millwright with minimum 5~8 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance in a large industrial plant/complex. Experience includes mechanical equipment fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance and overhauling work. Maintains plant in a good condition to enable efficient production operability with minimum maintenance interruption. Carries out skilled troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance work on site or in workshop, on a range of mechanical equipment and systems. Traces faults, carries out repairs on site, and undertake workshop testing, overhauling and repair. Ability to work in shifts, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals, fair report writing skills, fair spoken and written English. Must have the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and be a good team player.

Process Engineer- PET – JRE 27354 
Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering with 10 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Polycarbonate or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares. 

Process Engineer- DPC/DMT – JRE 27355 
Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering with 10 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Di-Phenyl Carbonate (DPC) or Dimethyl Terephthalate (DMT). He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares. 

PC Material Scientist – JRE 27356 – 
Incoming Candidate should have Masters in Polymer Material Science, with at least 10 years of post (doctorate or master’s) experience out of which at least 5 years in polymer manufacturing/process or development for applications. He should be familiar with product development cycle, material characterization & QA specifications with proficiency in international standards for plastics materials. He should have good experience in operating polymer testing instruments. He should be strong in the analysis and interpretation of data with exposure to intellectual property & agency regulations(FDA, REACH,UL…), Six sigma training is a plus. He should be excellent in oral and written English communication, must have sound analytical skills, attention to details and strong problem solving skills.

Logistic Planner – JRE 27275 - 
Incoming Candidate should be Technical Graduate, with at least 10 – 12 years experience in Petrochemicals Should posses very good experience in planning software. Job Details: Manage finished products inventories & lifting plans to avoid inventory over-flow, or dry-out situations leading to production curtailment, or dead freight & demurrage claims. Supervise, and direct the pipeline, truck, and vessel sales orders processing to ensure that orders are processed accurately, and in timely manner. Administer the CIE COA to ensure safe, reliable, and cost effective transportation services. Administer the Terminal Service Agreement with SABTANK to ensure efficient terminal operation for Saudi Kayan. Also administer all logistics related contracts such as surveyors, Feed grid agreements, Product Swap agreements, Export agreement on behalf of SK, ... etc, to ensure that all relations are managed accurately, and that SK interest are protected. Explore de-bottlenecking opportunities in the product export & raw materials import distribution system, and in the procedures to optimize logistics costs. Co-ordinate initial communication of marine incidents to marketers to ensure timely communication. Process logistics claims to ensure accuracy, and to avoid over payments specially in demurrage and dead-freight invoices. Monitor & present the marketing expenses, and report abnormalities as appropriate to ensure that they are optimized. Co-ordinate, and participate in the Logistics Team to ensure optimization of logistics activities & expenses.
Communicate and address customer complaints to ensure timely feedback. Required experience in SAP Production System (PS1). Degree/Certificates in Logistics are preferred as well as very good experience in planning software.

Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance – JRE 27549 
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7+ years of experience as Maintenance Engineer in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Fertilizer Plants.Experience includes Planned Routine and Shutdown maintenance & troubleshooting is a must. In depth knowledge of professional related software & SAP-R3 will be an added advantage.

Shift Supervisor – JRE 27550 - 
Candidates must have College diploma or High school with 8-10 years min. in plant operations out of which minimum of 5 years working experience as Shift Supervisor inOlefins Plant or Oil Refineries. The candidate should have good supervisory and personnel administration skills, able to take first line supervisory role in shift, supervising and directing the activities of plant operators in his shift to run the plant in accordance with the operation procedures and instructions, maintaining the product quality and quantity, preparing action plans and taking the necessary action to rectify the situation. Candidates should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing, computer literate and familiar with SAP system will be an added advantage. Must have the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and be a good team player.

Lead Operators – JRE 27552 – 
Candidates must have College diploma or High school with 8-10 years min. in plant operations out of which minimum 5 years working experience as Lead Operator in Olefins Plant or Oil Refineries. Candidates should have the ability to lead others, participates in training/testing of operators, experience in DCS operation, quick response to process upset, excellent operation field experience, strong safety background and excellent communication. Must have the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and be a good team player.

DCS Operators – JRE 27553 - 
Candidates must have minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry, with 8-10 years min. experience in DCS system (preferably with YOKOGAWA DCS experience) as DCS Operator in Olefins Plant operations or Oil Refineries. Candidate must have excellent understanding of production and quality control with Olefins plant experience. Candidates must have the ability to handle the work in demanding situations of plant Turn-Around, Start-up, Shut Down and steady state operation or any other operations assignments. Candidate must have strong Process Safety background and must have the ability to speak and write in English fluently, and the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and be a good team player.

Field Operator – JRE 27554 - 
Candidates must have College diploma or High school with 8-10 years min. in plant operations Field Operator in Olefins Plant or Oil Refineries. Candidates must have the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural team and be a good team player, participates in training/testing of operators, experience in DCS operation, quick response to process upset, excellent operation field experience, strong safety background and excellent communication both in spoken and written English medium.

Safety Officer â€“ JRE 27555 – 
Candidates must have a Chemical Engineering background, experience in safety departments in oil/chemical and petrochemical industries with 8-10 years min work experience as Safety Officer in the Process, Safety, and Environment & Industrial Hygiene. Familiar with international safety standards, codes and regulations and has strong know-how of safety practices, technical and communication skills. Participates in HAZOP’s, developing and administering a comprehensive safety program, including industrial safety, occupational health and safety, fire protection, hazardous materials, and to ensure compliance with the company safety regulations for employee occupational health and safety (OSHA). Considerable training in the field of Safety & Environmental Management, procedures and practices, bilingual and acquainted with international safety/environment standards. Have experience in SHE Procedures development. Can solve technical safety related issues with accepted engineering solutions, can solve Design issues for all plants, and know how to handle such matters in professional methods.
