.Net Architect
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 12+ months
(Client may ask for in-person interview)
Qualified candidates must have:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Four years with demonstrated experience developing in MS Visual Studio IDE, .NET 4.0 Framework including the development of requirements and design specifications.
OPTIONAL: (nice to have/highly preferred skills)
· Demonstrated experience programming in C# on the .net framework
· Demonstrated experience in leading an IT team to design, analyze, code, test and implement and document technical solutions
· Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring junior programmers
· Demonstrated knowledge of developing proof of concept and framework evolution
· Demonstrated experience ASPX, MS AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, HTML, XHTML
· Demonstrated experience with Oracle 10g, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Packages, Views
· Demonstrated experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
· Demonstrated experience using and developing Crystal Reports
· Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SQ Injection, Cross Site Scripting
· Demonstrated experience with multi-threading and object pooling
· Demonstrated experience with managing software development life cycle (SDLC), leading the design, development, testing, quality assurance, and go-live support
· Demonstrated experience with performing code review
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH laws , and other National standards (HITSP) regarding providing secure data access including consent requirements, implementation, breach notifications and audit requirements including working with sensitive data including requirements for enhanced PHI data (Family planning, HIV, etc.)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
