Qualifications & Experience : Must be having relevant qualifications and minimum 5 years of experience in reputed

projects / reputed organizations  with excellent communication skills.

Business Analyst (Adobe Flex/XCelsius)
TRS Dashboard conversion project requires Business Analyst with experience in Adobe Flex developments.

Candidate with Flex certification is preferable. Should be well versed with Object Oriented Programming Design,

development and implementation using Model View Control, knowledge of process XML using action script, use of

Flex containers and Navigator Containers, Constraint based Layouts, Events and Custom Events, Drag and Drop,

Advance datagrid and item renderer. Experience in developing project “Framework” and re-usable components. Use

Model-View-Controll er (MVC) architectural design pattern that would segregate Model (data), View (GUI) and

Controller (Business rules and communication) .

Business Analyst (BW Developer with ABAP & Flex/ XCelsius)

Requires BW developer with experience in BW project cycle design, develop and implementation experience.

Candidates with BW3.5 OR BI7.0 SAP certification is preferable. Must have complete knowledge of BW extractors

development using ABAP, complete development experience with BW objects such as Cube, DSO’s, Master data, Info

Objects, Hierarchy, Analysis Authorization, Datasources, Infosouces, update rules, transformation, start and end

routines, BW queries, user exits, calculated key figures. Compulsory working experience with SAP BW WAD tools,

SAP BW WEB templates, SAP BW WEB API. Basic knowledge of Business server pages (BSP), WEB, HTML and

JavaScript. Should have knowledge of Flex action script. Able to work with existing flex components and Flex

Framework.


SAP HR Functional Specialist
General SAP Project Leadership.
Strong SAP HR functional skills including configuration (SAP HR application certification is required).

SAP HR Technical Specialist
Strong SAP HR technical skills using ABAP development (ABAP certification is required).

SAP HR Training Specialist
Strong functional knowledge of the SAP HR training modules, pre and post LSO. I.e. knowledge in Training & Event

Management as well as LSO based Training Management System (TMS).
Experience in upgrading from TEM to LSO based TMS.
Strong Webmethods development skills (certification is preferred). 

SAP BSP Specialist
Strong relevant experience in SAP Business Warehouse Reports and extractors, and related Business Server Pages

(BSP) development (certification is required).
Strong technical documentation skills.
