There is a recruitment drive for testing positions in Noida on Saturday 26 June 2010 as per details below. Please feel free to pass on the details to your friends & family to walk-in if eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

BE/ BTech/ MCA from regular institutes.
Should have excellent communication and client facing skills.
Should be willing to work in UK shifts, if required.
Should be comfortable to travel to onsite or other domestic locations of Steria.

Requirement No: 1. Manual Testers:
Location: Noida
Exp: 2-4 yrs
Level: Test Engineers 7A/Test Analyst 7B

1. Excellent knowledge of Testing processes with experience in Test planning, test execution and defect reporting/analysis.
2. Working knowledge of HP Quality Centre
3. Ability to write SQL queries in simple context
3. Hands on experience of testing automation tools - QTP, Load Runner will be preferred.
5. Good Mainframe, UNIX knowledge will be added advantage
6. ISTQB Certified preferred

Requirement No: 2. Mainframe Testers:
Location: Noida
Exp: 2-4 yrs
Level: Test Engineers 7A/Test Analyst 7B
Hands on Mainframe experience is must

1. Excellent knowledge of Testing processes with experience in Test planning, test execution and defect reporting/analysis.
2. Working knowledge of HP Quality Centre
3. Hands on experience of testing automation tools - QTP, Load Runner will be preferred.
4. Ability to write SQL queries in simple context.

Interview Process:

1. Candidates will be screened by HR for fitment and relevant experience.
2. Screened candidates will undergo half hour written test.
3. The candidates clearing the written test with min 50% marks will undergo technical round.
4. Technically short-listed candidates will undergo final round.
5. Closure by HR
