Requirement:

Level 8 A & B- Assistant Infrastructure Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent written / verbal communication skills with logical thinking

B. Com / B.sc./ MCA/ BE/ B.Tech/ BCA / MBA in IT, MCSE or CCNA certification will be added advantage.

1-3 years of experience in a Voice-based Tech Support relevant customer handling experience in a 24 x 7 environment.

Strong knowledge of Laptop & Desktop support, Microsoft OS, Lotus Notes,VPN, Citrix, Wired and Wireless broadband, Active directory support, Blackberry support.

Knowledge of HP openview ,Service Desk or similar tools.

Stakeholder management skills and Knowledge of ITIL frame work

Time: 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM

Location: Steria (India) Ltd, C-2, Sector 1, Noida-201010
