Role : JAVA J2EE DEVELOPERS 
Skills : Mention Below 
Experience : 3+ years 
Location : Pune 
Joining : 7+15 Days max 


Skills: 
Technology platform : Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, EJB), XML, XSL, Web Services, Eclipse, JBOSS App Server 
Backend : Oracle (SQL, PL_SQL) 
Framework : Struts or Spring or any framework 
MOM : IPB MQ Series 
OS : Unix or Linux basic level. 
Standards : UML, (BPMN preferable) 
Domain Preferable : Banking (Optional) 
Experience Requirement : Min. 3 Yrs on development projects 
Soft Skills : 
Should be able to communicate clearly with self learning attitude. Self motivated individual. 
Active listening and analytical skills are required. 
Should have experience with offshore-onsite model of working environment 
Preferable Certification : SCJP, OCP
