Job: Part of a small department dedicated to prototyping innovative solutions for a service delivery arm of company. Role will involve understanding business requirements, out-of-box thinking, architecting, implementing, 


testing solutions, assisting with their piloting and deployment and transitioning to formal software development teams for production support. Applicants should be willing to be involved in all aspects of solution development 


and have demonstrated capability in picking up new technologies/skills. The required candidate must have strong core Java experience and J2EE (JSPs, Servlets, Tag library, Core Java, Javascript with AJAX, and JDBC) skills 


and sound knowledge of MVC design pattern. Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring/Struts/ hibernate is desirable but not essential. 


Experience: 4 yrs+
