It recruits and deploys Managers, Engineers & Technicians to the plant site for operation and maintenance to give the guaranteed production using modern management techniques.

Job Description / Responsibilities: 

To take charge of the respective allotted section of the plants and manage the activities of staff and workers for the daily, weekly, monthly & annual maintenance of the plant and machinery under his charge. To optimize the Plant Availability Factor by Planned & Preventive maintenance by reducing down time and increasing Mean Time between Failures. Identifying and inducting spares requirement well in time to ensure minimum down time of plant & equipment.

Desired profile of the candidate

A Graduate Engineer in their respective fields with 10 years experience or Diploma Holders with 15 years experience, out of which at least 3 years as Incharge of allocated section of the plant, in a large and modern cement plant.

Level of designation (Managerial/ Non Managerial) - Managerial.

Functional area:

Having adequate experience to guide and lead a team of technicians, analyze the problems and arranging the necessary resources to complete the work in shortest time.

Desired work experience (in complete years):

Minimum:   10 years

Maximum:  15 years

(Age limit of 50 years for visa purposes)

Compensation Offered: At par with the best in the Industry.

2.Position Vacant: Senior Engineers (Head of Department) Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process/Production & Mining Machinery (CAT).

Job Description / Responsibilities:

To take charge of the respective Departments and manage the activities of staff and workers for the daily, weekly, monthly & annual maintenance of the plant and machinery under his charge. To optimize the Plant Availability Factor by Planned & Preventive maintenance by reducing down time and increasing Mean Time between Failures. Arrange for procurement and stocking necessary spare parts to ensure minimum down time of plant & equipment.

A Graduate Engineer in their respective fields with 15 years experience or Diploma Holders with 20 years experience, out of which at least 3 years as HOD in a large and modern cement plant.

Level of designation (Managerial/ Non Managerial)-Managerial.

Functional area:

Having organizational & managerial experience and a team builder with creative, analytical & innovative skills. Motivating the team in a collaborative & consultative manner for organizational excellence.

Desired work experience (in complete years):

Minimum:   15 years

Maximum:  20 years

To take charge of the respective allotted section of the plant in shifts and to manage the activities of staff and workers for the efficient and un-interrupted operation of the plant. To attend and supervise machinery breakdowns or planned maintenance work during the shift.  

Desired profile of the candidate

A Graduate Engineer in their respective fields with 6 years experience or Diploma holder with 10 years experience in a large and modern cement plant.

Level of designation (Managerial/ Non Managerial)- Non Managerial.

Functional area:

Having adequate experience o guide and read a team of technician, analyze the problems and arranging the necessary resources to complete the work in shortest time.

Desired work experience (in complete years):

Minimum:   6 years

Maximum:  10 years

(Age limit of 50 years for visa purposes).
