1. Contract Administrator:
- Must be a civil engineer by profession with at least 10-years of experience in related field in which 5 years with
consultants, able to read and write both English & Arabic. Knowledge of Saudi Market is a must. Reports directly to
the CEO.
2. Architect/Civil Engineer (Specification Writer):
- Minimum 10-years experience in which 5 years with consultants with ability to produce specifications for multi
engineering disciplines as per project requirements
3. Quantity Surveyor :
- Minimum 10-years experience in producing BOQs for multi engineering disciplines. Expert in computer proficiency
levels with CAD knowledge
4. Senior Mechanical Engineer :
- Minimum 15-years experience in HVAC, fire fighting , plumbing design works
5. Senior Electrical Engineer :
- Minimum 10-years experience in design works
6. Senior Structural Engineer :
- Minimum 15-years experience in design works
