Responsibility for maintaining, granting and removing access to various platforms, to approved levels
Operational security support for Fidelity Investments Systems
Adherence to strict security procedures
Key Accountabilities
Provision access on various platforms and applications.
Handle Access Management Daily Operations Processes
Handle Service Requests in the queue as per laid down Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Working with business departments, data owners, and others to ensure that SADs (Standard Access Definition) are maintained that meet the business requirements.
Skills and Experience
MCSE and ITIL Certified
Security concepts and domains
Role Based Access Control Concepts
Moderate knowledge of Sys Admin on
Unix or AS400 or Databases or "MS Active Directory" or Exchange
Good Communication & Team player
Analytical & Process Orientation
A total of 3+ years of IT work experience covering system, security and network administration.
B.E/MCA/Any Graduate, Preferably with diploma in Computers.
Interaction with internal Clients including Service Desk, Business/System Managers/Team Leads, Data Owners, End users, Systems/Application Support teams.
