1. Good knowledge in Webshpere Application server (Clusters, datasource configuration, deployment of applications). Also workspace set up WSAD
2. Good knowledge in Toplink framework.
3. Good knowledge in Ajax, javascripts, dhtml
4. Good knowledge in writing JUNIT test scripts (with and without Cactus framework)
