Xavient is organizing Walk In for Java & Websphere Commerce Professionals on 08th May, 2010, Saturday. Plz find the details as follows:

1. Java Professionals:

We are currently looking for Java professionals with 2.5-6 years of experience with the following skill sets:

Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE.

Strong understanding of JAVA applications.
Good hands on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts.
Good in OOPs concept.
Working knowledge of Application Servers.
Experience in EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Flex, JavaScript, Axis, Ajax etc. would be preferred.
He should have working knowledge of Oracle / SQL.
Experience on SOA, Web Services would be preferred.
Good to have experience of Order Management/Catolog Management/ConceptW ave.
Should have ability to trouble shoot application and server issues and respond quickly to change.

Should have excellent communication skills & prior knowledge of handling overseas clients.
Should be a team player and be able to handle team and work, independently.
Solid problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve business goals.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization.

2. Websphere Commerce Developer:

2+ years of relevant Websphere Commerce development experience.
Experience with WebSphere Content Management on WebSphere Commerce platform .
Experience on Websphere Portal and J2EE Developer certifications a strong plus .
Experience with JSP, Struts, Tiles. Versatile experience which includes the use of Java/J2EE, WAS, database concepts, OOD, RAD, WSAD/Portlet, SOA, Web 2.0 concepts and AJAX is strongly desired.
Solid verbal/written communication skills ..
