Experience in contracting/ consulting company preferred Should be result oriented and capable of better solutions.

2.Technicians (Electrical)
Minimum of 3-5 years experience Diploma in electrical will be preferred Should be able to handle variety/major projects.

3. MEP Engineer
Should have a minimum Master Degree with at least 10 years experience of which 5 years in managerial positions Should have worked in sizeable projects Should have a driver's license.

4. Site Supervisor (MEP)
Should be at least 5 years experience.Should have a degree in either Electrical/Mechanic al Engineer Should have driver's license.

5. Senior Electricians (MEP Installation & Maintenance)
Capable of handling projects independently. Should have a driver's license

6. Plumbers (MEP Installation & Maintenance)
Should have worked in multi-storey buildings projects. Should have 3-5 years experience of which 2 years from an international reputable company.

7. A/C Technicians (Package)
Should have minimum 3 years experience

8. A/C Technicians (Installation & Maintenance)
Minimum 3 years experience.Capable of handling troubleshooting jobs

9. Health & Safety Supervisor
Should know ISO14001. Should have a complete knowledge of health and safety procedures as per international standards.

10. Chiller Technicians
Should have minimum 5 years experience of which 2 years from international brand repute.

11. Facility Administrator
Operation of MAXIMO Software (CBMS) complying all of its documentation and follow-up requirement Should have good reporting skills.

12. Electrical Foreman (Installation & Maintenance)
Should have minimum 5 years experience.

13. Plumber Foreman (Installation & Maintenance)
Should have minimum 5 years experience

14. Senior Duct Fabricator (Installation & Maintenance)

1. Factory In-charge
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in similar position of which at least 5 years experience as Switchgear factory in charge Should have a driver's license.

2. Production Supervisor
Should have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in similar position in switchgear factory Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience.

3. Service Engineer
Should have a complete knowledge of installation, commissioning & maintenance of switchgear products Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience.

4. Autocad (Panel Building)
Should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience. Should have a driver's license.

5. Gatekeepers
Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar position
