1. ROLE: Java Architect

Mandatory Requirements

7 to 10 years of experience with skills on:
- UML and application of design patterns
- J2EE frameworks : Struts, Spring, Hibernate/iBatis,
- application of open source technologies/frameworks
- SOA and WebServices
- Authentication and Authorization frameworks, SSO
- XML, XSLT
- Exposure to UI frameworks including JSF, DOJO, AJAX
- JMS, JMX
- Working knowledge of Application servers and configuration/clustering of same
- Exposure to databases and SQL, PLSQL\
- Exposure to JSP, Web Servers, J2EE app server/tomcat

2. ROLE: Java Developers

Mandatory Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience in:
- Java/J2EE, JSP, JSF, AJAX, JMS
- Java Script, Jquery
- Web Services
- XML, XSLT
- Struts, Spring and Hibernate/iBatis
- Exposure to Integration tools, ESB and BPEL]
- Exposure to Integration tools, ESB and BPEL

3. ROLE: Java Developers with Integration skills

Mandatory Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience in:
- Java/J2EE, JSP, EJB, JMS
- Web Services
- XML, XSLT, XSD
- Oracle SOA suite, Oracle Service Bus(OSB), BPEL Process Manager
- Struts, Spring and Hibernate/iBatis
Exposure/experience on any other ESB
