1. Must have Good exposure to core java(Oops Concept,JDBC,Collections framework,exception handling)

2. Must have excellent working experience in Flex with
a) Action script
b) Remoting [Http,webservices,LCDS,Blaze DS – any one will do]
c) UI Component.

3. Aware of UI Technologies : Servlet/JSP,Java script,MVC Pattern
4. Nice to have framework knowledge(Spring/Struts/ORM tools),Database exposure,unix awareness.
