Project Manager of Mobile Services (Software) - Kuwait

Our client, a global mobile operator is looking for a Product Manager of Mobile Services to join its dynamic team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the various WAP Portal and Mobile Marketing projects of customers in Kuwait, AU as well as the GCC.

Responsibilities:
• Create an editorial voice, look and feel for the WAP portal that reflects the sensibilities, aspirations and interests of a variety of target audiences.
• Analyze site traffic and work with remote teams to grow traffic through modifying content, improving packaging and utilizing technology.
• Participate as a member of the content marketing team, contributing to strategic direction and planning decisions of the customer.
• Support initiatives in new product areas, such as user-generated content, social networking, mobile marketing and advertising.
• Stay abreast of current industry standards and techniques, changing mobile and internet technologies.

Requirements:
• Degree in the related field.
• Minimum of 3/4 years working in digital media managing WAP portals and content in a B2C environment in a mobile operator in the GCC and the AU.
• Experience with mobile content services, mobile portals/UI, SMS and MMS technology.
• Fluency in English as well as Arabic.
