I have seen your resume on the net. I am doing a Senior Software Engineer - J2EE position for one of my client. They are looking for professionals who have excellent exposure in Java, J2EE, Spring/Swings.
This position is currently based at Navi Mumbai, Mahape.
My client will take the personal interview in Mumbai only in week days (Mon-Fri between 10am-5pm)
Job Description :
Essential Technical skills :-

- A minimum of 3 to 7 years' hands on development experience in Core Java /J2EE applications
- Strong experience in Java frameworks like Spring/Swings (Mandatory skills) etc.
- Experience of Object-oriented design, software engineering principles and practices
- Object-oriented programming and multi-tiered application development experience in an enterprise or online applications setup
- Web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML,CSS, AJAX, JavaScript etc.
- Hands-on database experience (RDBMS concepts, SQL)
- Servers (Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere

Essential Soft skills :- General expectations/ responsibilities :-
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, requires minimal oversight
- Ability to multi-task and lead a team - Hands on coding experience
-Experience in developing Rich Client Applications and J2EE based enterprise applications development
- Strong in OOPS, OOAD, Design Patterns
- Experience with a variety of web frameworks, such as Spring MVC ,Swings OR Struts Familiarity with Ajax techniques and toolkits such as JQuery
- Demonstrated ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
