* Graduate of Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry.
* Experienced in the interpretation of construction drawings for the effective execution of the project.
* Able to measure, takeoff and prepare monthly Bills of Quantities from the contract drawings and specifications.
* Experience in the preparation of the monthly interim payments, evaluation of subcontractor' s claims and variation orders.
* Proficient in English and computer literate.
* Bahrain driving license holder preferred.
