• Working with the ERP/ CRM functional teams under the supervision of the project manager to handle all the technical aspects of the ERP/CRM implementation, this includes:
o Technical validation of the architecture
o Hardware platform and networking requirements
o Other infrastructure required for custom development
o Sizing for the ERP/CRM package to perform
• Coordinating the work with the technical development team in case of custom developments
• Installing and stabilizing the different platforms from the technical point of view
• Problem resolution when it comes to technical issues
• Escalation to resolve product bugs in coordination with customer and project manager
• Working with the customer’s IT department towards problem resolution in coordination with the software vendor
• In charge of the data migration within the project scope
• Installing patches and upgrades when required while respecting the implementation plan.
• Traveling across the MEA region for customers projects
Skills:

• Good knowledge of Development tools (Oracle Developer, JAVA,etc…)
• Good knowledge of server operating systems UNIX, MS, etc…
• Three-tier architecture deployment, SOA knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum three years experience in installing ERP/CRM packages and tuning them.
• BS in computer science or related fields.
• Experience in one of the existing packages (Oracle, SAP, etc…).
• Experience with an implementation methodology.
• Team work, initiative taking and self learning are of essence.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Objective driven.
• Excellent English and Arabic skills are a must, other languages will be a plus.
