HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Implementation of new Policies & Procedures
- Performance Management & Development including staff appraisals and job descriptions
- Provide training to new staff in coordination with Training Department
- Supervise the Department effectively and demonstrate commitment of quality service and teamwork
- Master Degree in Human Resources
- More than 5 years experience in similar or equivalent position
- Strong IT skills to manage HR ERP system
- Excellent Managing & Administration skill
- Proven ability to accept employee challenges, analyze & find proper solutions
- Positive, assertive & result oriented
- Ability to design & maintain policies & procedures .
- Bilingual, strong command over English and Arabic (both oral & written)
- Transferable visa
