Mandatory Criteria
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer programming or equivalent/MCA from Tier I college.
2. 5-7 years experience in Java/J2EE related technologies
3. At least 1-2 years of individual experience in Software Designing (J2EE/Database).
4. At least 1 year of hands on experience in Hibernate and Spring.
5. At least 70% academics throughout
6. Maximum 6 years of education post Intermediate.

Desirable Criteria
1.Experience of Struts 2, JQuery and Apache Frameworks
2.Experience with Junit/Unitels, Webservices
3.Experience with Tomcat 5+, Eclipse IDE
4.Experience with versioning systems (CVS, SVN).
5.Product development experience
6.Understanding of Product Development life cycle.
7.Experience in conducting code reviews.

Job description:
Post : Java Technical Analyst
Responsibilities:

• Write good quality code (Java/J2EE) and follow best practices of development paradigm
• Investigate and fix software problems and implement functional enhancements.
• Open and track change requests and resolve escalated bug incidents
• Test and release application fixes through various environments (dev/test/prod)
• Prepare project documentation as per company methodology and practices
• Follow good software configuration practices
• Gives attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Work with Indian, US and European teams to refine specifications for application development or enhancement
• Perform other tasks or participate in other projects as required

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer programming or equivalent/MCA ?
2. Must have 5-7 years’ experience in Java/J2EE Object Oriented Design ?
3. Experience with JDBC, Hibernate/JPA, JSP/Servlets, java-script and Junit ?
4. Experience with MS-SQL Server 2005 and good knowledge of RDBMS concepts ?
5. Experience of Framework such as Struts 2, JQuery and Apache CXF ?

• Experience with Spring, Webservices a plus
• Experience with Tomcat 5+ , Eclipse IDE a plus
• Should have consistently scored above 60% in
• 10th Std.
