A global group whose portfolio includes luxury real estate developments in the GCC and Asia is seeking to recruit a Technical Manager - Property Facility Management. The role requires an experienced Facility Manager or a Chief Engineer from the hospitality or the luxury real estate sector. He should be able to anticipate and provide necessary support to building residents through effective coordination of all facilities and vendor management. Ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience, possess an Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent, good communication & interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and strong coordination skills.
