Role:
- The Role of the candidate is to develop different kinds of websites with all necessary required tools.
- To assist the Company Director in the planning of overall company strategy regarding web development and search engine optimization.
- Design, code, test and troubleshoot technical solutions.
- Maintains existing websites and successfully brings new initiatives through development and production.
- Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
- To assist in physical and logical database design.
- Responsible for managing back-end development work on the website with external agencies, and associates.
- Front-end web developer to help us build websites and online applications. You need to have a keen eye for detail.
- Back-end PHP and SQL programming.
- To design and develop the corporate website ensuring strong functionality and optimization
- Design and develop relational database systems and their web interfaces.

General Requirements:
- Requires Bachelor's Software Engineer degree or any IT related, and 5 to 7 years of related experience in development of websites.
- Web Development related certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Proactive attitude to work and committed to achieve objectives
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).
- Preferably resident in Dubai

Skills Required:
GENERAL
- Must have experience in building large-scale Web sites.
- Experience with site analytics is required
- Experience with search engine optimization is required
- Expert knowledge of Internet, online technologies, and content management systems a must
- Experience supporting multiple browsers, including FF2+, IE6+, Safari 3+, Google Chrome 1+
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture, web site structure and web site server side technologies configuration
- Experience working in Arabic sites. (Text handling)


PROGRAMMING
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Tools/Technologies
- Experience with one of the leading open-source PHP frameworks.
- Excellent command of object-oriented PHP (Pear’s or Zend’s standard), asp, .net, Perl, Visual Basic, Java, C++, HTML, XHTML, XML (XSL integration), CSS, Java Script, SQL, Ajax Web 2.0 Duties.
- Experience with web based software APPLICATIONS:, Wikis, CRM, Collaborative software, community/RSS /forums/blogs/networking…

DATABASES
- Understand at least basic relational database concepts
- Experience with MySQL 5+, including database schema modeling and advanced query composition.
