Salary: Up To Dhs 14,000.
Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the
- Efficient support of group applications and responding to issues logged with the helpdesk as well as assessing business impact and priority.
- You will test software fixes and other solutions, facilitate solutions delivery, provide local incident reporting and perform in the field, troubleshooting duties when required.
- You will have knowledge of MOVEX and have good SQL skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for Service Support an advantage.
- You must be a business performance focused individual with exceptional customer service skills.
- You must have a supportive and constructive approach with knowledge of business and application processes.
