Salary: Up To Dhs 14,000.

Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the
  • Efficient support of group applications and responding to issues logged with the helpdesk as well as assessing business impact and priority.
  • You will test software fixes and other solutions, facilitate solutions delivery, provide local incident reporting and perform in the field, troubleshooting duties when required.
  • You will have knowledge of MOVEX and have good SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices for Service Support an advantage.
  • You must be a business performance focused individual with exceptional customer service skills.
  • You must have a supportive and constructive approach with knowledge of business and application processes.
