1. Project Manager :
- Architectural /Civil engineer with at least 7 years experience in large scale projects. Preferably with professional
certification in PM and familiar with primavera

2. Project Engineer :
- Architectural /Civil engineer with at least 5 years experience in large scale projects. Preferably familiar with
primavera

3. Senior Architectural Engineer :
- Architectural Engineer with at least 10 years experience in large scale residential projects. Good command of Auto
CAD related software

4. Senior Landscape Engineer :
- Landscape Architect with at least 10 years experience in large scale landscape projects

5. Senior Maintenance Engineer :
- At least 10 years experience in with relevant education. Good command of Auto CAD related software

6. Building Technology Consultant :
- Architectural /Civil engineer with at least 7 years experience. Comprehensive knowledge about building materials and technologies and their sourcing.

7. Value Engineering Specialist :
- Architectural /Civil engineer with at least 7 years experience. Professional certification and relevant experience is
necessary
