MOVEX ERP SUPPORT ANALYST – JAFZ. Up To Dhs 14,000 For a large multinational in JAFZ.
Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the efficient support of group applications and
responding to issues logged with the helpdesk as well as assessing business impact and priority. You
will test software fixes and other solutions, facilitate solutions delivery, provide local incident
reporting and perform in the field troubleshooting duties when required. You must have extensive
knowledge of MOVEX ERP and good SQL skills. Knowledge of the Service Order Management and Contract Management modules within MOVEX is a must. ITIL best practices for service support an advantage. You must have a supportive and constructive approach with knowledge of business and application processes.
