Requirement Summary:
• Master’s Degree in informatics computer science, MIS, or related discipline.
• 15 Years Multi-Disciplinary experience in Clinical / ERP projects of large healthcare organizations. Must have coordinated for at least two large life cycle projects in enterprise hospital information systems / Oracle eBusiness Suite with key concentration on eMR , Patient Management solutions , Pharmacy , Radiology , Laboratory , Cardiology solutions, Cardiology PACS, Finance, HR , Materials. Experience in any of the major suppliers such as Cerner / Eclipsys / Epic/Oracle e-Business suite is desired.
AND/OR
Strong experience in Project Quality Assurance, including software testing, QA methodology, processes and procedures to ensure that the supplier solutions are meeting product requirements, quality standards, contractual obligations and compliance standards using widely used tools.
• Strong understanding of Business and operational workflows of a multi-site healthcare environment.
• Hands on experience with HL7. / JCI Accreditations preferred.
• Strong understanding of Business and operational workflows of a multi-site healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.

Skill Summary:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Fifteen years clinical information systems implementation and leadership experience.
• Certifications in Project Management/Quality Management/JCI Accreditations are preferred.
• Must have coordinated / implemented at least two life-cycle projects of world-class healthcare software in enterprise hospital environment with key concentration on the areas of Radiology, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, PACS, etc.
• Experience in any of Cerner, EPIC, or Eclipsys or Oracle business Suite with implementation experience in Materials , HR , Finance desired. Formal training / Certification in any of the mentioned packages is required. Also hands-on HL7 messaging experience would be preferred
• Implementation or Post Implementation Support of EMR applications
• Experience of closely working with the Project Manager(s)/Clinical Implementers/Functional group/section leads/Stakeholders to execute the Project Work Plan, keeping within the constraints of standardized clinical content
• Experience in performance improvements with regards to quality of business processes and performance of software applications.
• Experience in setting project budgets and schedules, coordinate with other department heads / managers, build standards, prepare and review RFI / RFP / vendor proposals when needed.
• Develop and implement operational and project plans.
• Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, autonomous practice, conflict management and analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English language. Arabic language is a plus.
Experience from HealthCare is must.
