Mandatory Skills: J2EE, Struts, JavaScript, XML.
Optional Skills: PL SQL, application server, Weblogic portal, XSLT, AJAX, DOJO, Junit, Ant.
Responsibilities:
* Objected Oriented Programming Concepts (Objects and Classes, Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Inheritance)
* Knowledge of SDLC processes like Coding, Code review, Unit testing etc
* Configuration Management tools and processes.
