1). Should have Experience greater than 2 Years
2). Should well versed with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSP
3). Should well versed with Oracle SQL/PLSQL Queries, schema designing
4) Knowledge of 1 application server ( Weblogic, JBOSS
5) Designing Java Application , UML , low level design
6) Requirement Gathering
