The client is basically a $19 Bln dollar telecom firm which is headquartered in the US, with an IT budget of 1.2 Bln a year. This is the 4th Largest telecom provider in the US and fortune ranked 136. In Bangalore it is an 


offshore software development center of the parent company, wherein it carries out end to end development projects on different skill sets. The Bangalore center was started in February 2004. Bangalore center does not 


work for any clients and only has in-house projects from the US office. They are coming up with a new facility in Noida.
