1.Here the Requirement JD of Technical Lead-


Skill:
Hands on development expertise in J2EE, Spring, Struts. Experience in UML modelling and designing J2EE applications. Desirable to have Hibernate, iBatis implementation experience. Database design and tuning expertise, 


preferably MySQL. Exerience desirable in one of these: Alfresco, jBPM. Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
Experience:8Yrs to 9 Yrs of experience ( 1positions ).


2.Here the Requirement JD of Sr Developer-


Skill:
Experience in Hibernate/ iBatis, integration using ESB. Experience in UML modelling. Handson experience on atleast one of these: Alfresco, jBPM. Good knowledge of PL/SQL (experience preferable in MySQL). Test case 


preparation and execution. experience desirable in Unicode, Lucene, Solr, Open SSO, Open LDAP, MySQL [Atleast some persons required with experience in some of these technologies]
Experience:5Yrs to 6Yrs of experience ( 3positions ).


3.Here the Requirement JD of Developer-


Skill:

And Weekend(Saturday) in Noida.
Qualification :- BE / B.Tech / MCA ( regular - 60% ) in the last qualifications & for the rest 50 % plus .
