Web services – both Consumer and Provider development experience (Preferably in WebSphere Server). 
SOAP over http/JMS, xml, IRAD/Eclipse, PL/SQL, Unix. 
Experience in developing applications using EJB/Java/Hibernate. 




Need to have Good Communication skills
