To analyze Affiliates performance against plan, highlight potential issues, and support development of mitigation and improvement plans. Accountable for comparing performance against plan and between similar assets located within the region. Accountable for developing Area performance reports for specific product families.

The role

Review affiliates performance against plans and identify gaps.
Support Sites in performing root cause analyses in case of performance deviations.
Compare performance across similar Area assets to drive operational excellence agenda through all Affiliates.
Support Affiliates in developing short-term actions and targets in order to fill the gaps identified
Identify improvement and new capability opportunities to affiliates.
Facilitate manufacturing experience sharing within each product family.
Liaise with affiliate’s operation and coordinate plant improvement studies to production, new capabilities, continuity and product quality.
Support the Sites in the development of financial cost and benefit estimates for Site improvement opportunities.
Act as manufacturing representative in the Value Teams for relevant BUs. Provide data and support for the AMP Strategy & Planning department for stretch target setting.

Experience Required

Process (chemical) engineer with operational experience in the Olefins and Crackers Unit Operation.
Advance certification and skills
8-12 Years technical experience in production and process engineering
Operation excellence deployment.
