Job Description:
1. Should have CCNA & CIPT certifications. 
2. Should have strong hands on CCM 6.0 & above 
3. Should have knowledge/hands on experience on IP Contact centers, Unity (Voice mail) and Unified communications technology 
4. Should have strong hands on Voice gateway/routers 
5. Trouble shooting skills in voice domain 
6. Knowledge of monitoring tools for network devices. 
7. Good understanding of LAN/Wan and security technology 
8. Knowledge on ITIL Standards/processes 
nagement and Administration of captive Infrastructure. The person would also be responsible for upkeeping of the infrastructure in terms of latest versions/patch. Also would play a crucial role for implementation of the new infrastructure requirements
