Experiance - 3 to 12 yrs
Notice period - 30 days

Following skills are a must.
1. Switching basics
2. Routing basics
3. VLAN
4. Should have worked on Routers and Switches
5. Should have worked on Test Equipments from Spirent / IXIA
6. Should know C programming / TCL / Perl Scripting.

Following one skill is a must
1. GVRP, MVRP
2. STP, MSTP, RSTP, VSTP
3. COS, ACL
4. IGMP Snooping
5. DHCP, DOT1x

Following one skill is a must
1. RIP
2. OSPF
3. BGP
4. IGMP, PIM, Multicast
Should have done automation earlier 
1. Either Translating test cases to test automation
2. Or worked on Test framework.
